Virtual character and concepts
Maya is a fictional AI-generated character. She does not physically use or test products. Generated rooms and objects are labeled as concepts; they do not establish product performance, completed client work or real customer experiences. Prices and third-party information may change.
Using downloads
The free guide is provided for personal household use. You may print it for your household and share the download-page link. Do not resell the guide, redistribute it as your own, or imply endorsement by Maya Tern. Third-party rights remain with their owners.
Room Decision Planner
The planner is a 16-page printable US Letter PDF for personal household use, priced at $19 USD as a one-time purchase. It has no fillable fields or automatic calculations. There is no physical shipment or subscription. Kit checkout shows the final order total before payment.
Digital delivery and support
After a successful order, download the PDF from the confirmation page or receipt email and save a copy. If the email is missing, the download is broken or the file is incorrect, email drezai10@gmail.com with your purchase email and order date. Do not send card details. You may print the planner for your household; do not resell, redistribute or present the file as your own.
14-day refund policy
If the planner is not right for you, email drezai10@gmail.com within 14 calendar days of purchase to request a full refund. Include your purchase email and order date. Refunds go to the original payment method; your payment provider determines when they appear. This policy does not limit rights or remedies required by applicable law.
Studio enquiries
Studio prices are indicative and are subject to feasibility, scope, usage and written agreement. Sending a brief does not place an order, reserve capacity or create a project commitment. Delivery, revisions, usage rights, cancellation and any refund terms will be provided before an order is accepted. No performance or revenue result is guaranteed.
Corrections and legal rights
Please report broken downloads, factual errors or rights concerns by email. Nothing on this page removes rights or remedies that applicable consumer law makes mandatory. These site terms have not been independently reviewed by a lawyer.
