Browsing and downloads
You can read the pages and download the free guide without joining an email list. We have not installed advertising pixels or brand analytics trackers. OpenAI’s Sites hosting service and its infrastructure providers process request and security information needed to serve the site, such as IP address, browser information and access logs. Their own account and service practices are described in OpenAI’s privacy policy.
Project briefs and email
The brief helper processes your entries in your browser. It does not upload them or store them in a site database. A downloaded brief stays on your device. Choosing the email link opens your email app; the message reaches us only when you send it. We receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. Our inbox is hosted by Google. We use this information to answer you, evaluate requested work and maintain necessary business records. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Optional newsletter
If you choose to join through our Kit signup form, Kit processes your email address, consent and confirmation status, signup source, IP/device information and email engagement such as opens or clicks to operate the list. We use these details to confirm your request, deliver the guide, send occasional styling emails and maintain delivery and suppression records. Registration is optional; the free guide is also available without signing up. Confirm your address before receiving marketing, and use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email to stop. We keep active subscription records until you unsubscribe or request deletion, and retain only the suppression and consent records needed to respect your choice and meet applicable obligations. Newsletter data is not sold. Kit’s supplied postal footer is used only for Kit emails; it is not our business location or a place to send us mail.
Orders and payments
If you order a digital product through our Kit checkout, Kit and Stripe process the payment and send the receipt and download link. They handle card and billing details through their secure checkout. We receive the purchase email, order and payment status, product, amount and related support or refund records so we can fulfill the order and help you. We do not receive or store your full card number or security code. A purchase does not by itself subscribe you to marketing.
Order, refund and accounting records are retained as needed for fulfillment, tax, legal and dispute obligations. See Kit’s privacy policy and Stripe’s privacy policy.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context advertising. Our service providers process information to deliver hosting and email. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect legal rights. Enquiries are retained while needed to respond and manage the relationship, then reviewed for deletion within 12 months after the last contact unless an ongoing project, legal duty or dispute requires longer retention. Hosting providers manage their own security-log retention. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where providers operate.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information you have sent us, or ask how it is used. Email the contact above; we may need proportionate verification before acting. Applicable law may provide additional rights, including objection or complaint to a relevant authority. Mandatory rights are not limited by this notice.
Children and updates
This service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. Please contact us if a child has provided personal information so we can review and delete it where appropriate. Material changes to our practices will be reflected here with a new effective date.
